343 Adelle Street near Millsaps College, is an emergency shelter
for up to 30 women and children.
Old Stewpot
The original Stewpot is located across the street from the
Central Urban Ministry Center on West Capitol Street. Meals were
served in this converted service station from Stewpot's opening
in 1981 until 1992 when the Presbytery of Mississippi offered the
use of the Central Presbyterian Church building.
Sim's House

for women and their children. Women can stay at Sims House for three
months and during that time they must get a job, participate in
counseling and secure permanent housing. This facility houses up
to 24 women and children.
The Hut
Directly behind
the Central Urban Ministry Center is The Hut, which is home
to Stewpot's Children's Program.
Brumfield

at 1244 S. Gallatin Street, and provides shelter for up to 50
